These terms apply to the Human–AI Workstream Score Report and the Human–AI Workflow Audit offered on sumnetics.com by Humanity Solutions.

Business customers only
Our services are offered to businesses and organisations only (B2B). Consumer rights of withdrawal therefore do not apply.
The Score Report
- Price: €149 excl. Dutch VAT (€180.29 incl. 21% VAT).
- It includes a written follow-up: you send your question through a short web form, and we answer by email within 4 working days.
- There is no free retake. A retake is a new purchase.
- A 20% gift code to pass on to a peer: one use, expires 10 days after it is issued. A 15% next-workstream code: valid 90 days.

The Workflow Audit
The Audit is optional further work. The fee is scoped in writing after the intro conversation, and either side may decline. Published price: from €5,900 excl. VAT (€4,400 for the first three clients). Payment terms for the Audit: [to confirm].

What the report is, and what it is not
The report is informational. It is not legal, financial or HR advice.
Data we keep
We keep your answers for 12 months after delivery and invoices for 7 years. See the privacy notice.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service concerned, to the extent the law allows.

Law and disputes
