Earn by bringing clients
- 15% of the first Audit fee as a finder’s fee (on an Audit at €5,900, that is €885).
- 15% of a Sprint within 12 months.
- 10% of a Retainer’s first 12 months.
Earn by delivering
50–55% of the fee for the work you deliver.
We cover sales, method, tools, QA and insurance.
Growth pool
A growth pool rewards top Fellows. Revenue-based, no equity.
Pilot: 90 days, 5–8 people, on the Human–AI Workflow Audit (from €5,900; €4,400 for the first three clients).
Fees are paid on cash received, with written client registration and one finder per client. No fee on existing Humanity Solutions clients. Refunds are clawed back.
